is a retired high school teacher and administrator in the areas of Speech, Theater and English. Having received a Masters Degree in Theater from Illinois State University, she directed state award winning plays, group interpretations and musicals in south suburban high schools, as well as acted and directed in community theater. She remains active in both speech and theater at Downers Grove South High School, and is honored to serve as the Chairperson for the Illinois High School State Drama and Group Interpretation Contest. Additionally, she volunteers as an interpreter for the Frank Lloyd Wright Home and Studio. An enthusiastic Chicago play attendee, she also travels throughout the country to view professional and regional theater.
