JOHN KNIGHT

John has a Master’s Degree in Theater with an emphasis on directing from Roosevelt University.  As a high school speech and theater teacher for over 30 years, John has taught drama from beginners to advanced students, as well as directed around 60 high school productions.  He has also served as a technical director for many high school productions.  In addition, John has performed as an actor at many different theatres, from community to summer stock to professional. Currently, he serves the Illinois High School Association as the Voice of Speech and Drama at the state tournaments, as well as being an active judge of high school forensics and drama.  He also has an unhealthy obsession with Frank Lloyd Wright.
