JOHN BURANOSKY

John Buranosky has been in Chicago most of his adult life. He has been richly involved in many theatrical processes. Through directing, acting, set design, costumes, and property design; John brings a diversity of knowledge and experience to the Jeff Committee. In many capacities, John has worked with Kokandy Productions, Raven Theater, Hell in a Handbag, Piven, Towle Theater, and The Marian Theater Guild.  His favorite shows he has directed are Sunday in the Park with George, Something’s Afoot, Guttenberg: The Musical, Spamalot and Leaving Iowa. As an actor, his appearances in The Drowsy Chaperone and Sentimental Journey are two of his favorites. He could not be more excited to be a part of the Jeff Committee.
