Amanda Finn (Haggerty) is an arts journalist living in Rogers Park. She has had bylines in American Theatre Magazine, the Wisconsin State Journal, the Isthmus,, Scapi Magazine and Footlights Performing Arts Magazine. During her time with the State Journal Amanda won three Features writing awards in the Wisconsin Newspaper Association contests in 2017 and 2018. She is currently the Illinois editor and venue relations coordinator for Footlights. Amanda attended the National Critics Institute at the Eugene O'Neill Center in 2015 and joined the American Theatre Critics Institute in 2016. She is a member of ATCA's diversity and inclusion and Steinberg Award committees. She also serves as a script reader for the O'Neill Center's new plays initiative. When she isn't seeing theater or writing Amanda is off spending time with her husband Kyle, their Puggle Puggsley and their two pet rabbits Sinnamon and Clove.
